How These "Distance Learning" Classes Work: All of our online classes are fully narrated, full color streaming presentations with dozens of clear photographs that will run on almost every computer, even those with dial-up internet. You can start and stop anytime you like, and the course will pick up where you left off. These are the same premier quality classes that we offer at live classes in the Midwest and at national conferences. Try one free by clicking [ here ].
Wisconsin requirements: As per the State of Wisconsin Department of Professional Regulation & Licensing, 40 Continuing Education hours are required every two years in any course contributing directly to the professional competency of the registrant and pertaining to subject matters that significantly relate to the practice of home inspection – course approval is not required. Biennial renewal is due by December 14 of even-numbered years.
Licensed Classes: All classes are accepted in Wisconsin and licensed in Illinois for Home Inspector Continuing Education hours. Each class provides 4 CE hours for Wisconsin and 3 CE hours for Illinois.
A [ proctored exam ] is required for each course to receive Illinois credits (see Illinois note below).
Instructor: Steve Preins, nationally known home inspection speaker and educator, is the course author and narrator for all classes unless otherwise noted. See more information on Steve [ here ].
